Rostrevor College
Dear Craig, I am pleased to offer the following as a referral on behalf of the College.
Rostrevor College installed a Heliocol Solar Pool Heating System to our heat our
swimming pool in January 2009. Heliocol SA completed all our Occupational Health
and SAfety requirements before commencing on-site and worked safely while here.
The work area was left in a clean and tidy manner and the College had no issues
or concerns with any of the Heliocol SA staff or deliveries. The Heliocol pool heating
system has worked efficiently and met all our requirements with very good feedback
from our pool users regarding the water temperature. The system has been virtually
maintenance free, A fault in one of our pool filters shut down the system to prevent
any damage and Heliocol SA were quick to respond to explain how the solar system
was linked and required all filters to be operational. Heliocol have made a number
of follow up visits to ensure we continue to be happy with the Solar Pool heating
and this has been appreciated. This is a reference as the Manager responsible for
the ongoing operation of the solar pool heating system. I have no received any benefit

Referral for Heliocol Solar Heated Pool System Craig Birchmore Craig Birchmore installed
a Heliocol Solar Heating System to our pool in October 2005. We were drawn to this
system for several reasons. It was recommended to us as the best product on the
market. The Heliocol system is more efficient at heating than other systems. It
requires less sunny roof space than other systems. It has high quality parts that
last and a non restricted 25 year warranty. We highly recommend this product and
are very happy with the way it efficiently and effectively heats our pool. We believe
that it is money well spent. Not only is the Heliocol product of a high standard,
but so is the after sales service. We are extremely impressed by the very high level
of customer service provided by Craig Birchmore. He is very prompt in responding
to calls and is happy to offer advice. I have never had to chase Craig to get back
to me. He is friendly and very approachable and has made sure that any problems
that have arisen over the last four and a half years are fixed promptly and efficiently.

Coorong District Council
Coorong District Council has a public Pool in Coonalpyn SA, in 2005 we embarked
on a project to solar heat the Pool to provide a more pleasant water temperature
for patrons and allow us to extend our season. A grant from the Department of Sport
and Recreation was matched dollar for dollar by Council. We choose Heliocol to install
our system, Wayne and his team were able to advise us on the required roof space
and other Technical details. Council attached a veranda to the Kiosk/amenity block
and a shade structure over the Toddlers pool to accommodate the solar tubing. Heliocol
proved to be a completely professional company, the installation went very smoothly
and the system operated without problems from the very beginning. We have found
that Heliocol, through Wayne, provides a prompt and comprehensive back up service

Adelaide Zoo
Adelaid Zoo had an unusual problem, our Tigers would not swim in their pool, as
the water was too cold. We worked with Heliocol Solar who adapted one of their Solar
heating systems to fit into our existing filtration system of the tiger pool in
a very tight area with minimal access. Helicol staff were very efficient and demonstrated
an excellent level of knowledge and service and have continued to do so with their
professional follow up. We have not had any problems with the installation, and

heater installed we have not had any problems specially none with birds destroying
